OPPORTUNITIES IN CHARLOTTE AND LIMA OFFICES
Interpreting Services Scheduler – Answer calls from clients to quickly and accurately fill their interpreting requests. Identify, schedule and interact by phone with interpreters from multiple cultures.
Interpreting Services Specialist – Help assure Choice Translating quality by training and auditing interpreters to guarantee accuracy, customer service and reliability. Assist clients in understanding how best to work with professional interpreters.
IT Support Specialist – Help our IT staff handle routine voice/data network maintenance and troubleshooting in Lima, Peru, and Charlotte, North Carolina, offices (via remote connection).
Relationship Manager – Help clients understand their needs – and if Choice Translating is the right option for them. Talk with clients to find solutions that translate to international success.
Sales Support Specialist – Help our account executives prepare translation project proposals that meet our clients needs.
Translating Project Manager – Oversee projects with a critical eye to ensure it meets the Choice Translating standard for quality. Monitor each step of the project to ensure it meets client requirements and that the finished product is delivered on time, on budget and on target.
